Is TRD BACKSTAGE only for bands?+
No. The workspace works for bands, ensembles, musicians, crews and live productions. Roles and permissions are assigned per project.
Does every band member need a subscription?+
No. The planned pricing is per band or project. There are no extra per-user charges within the member limit of your plan.
Do I need an app from an app store?+
No. TRD BACKSTAGE runs responsively in the browser and can be installed as a Progressive Web App on mobile and desktop.
How are accounts protected?+
Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Sessions use secure host cookies, sensitive areas are protected server-side and access is controlled by project roles.
Can I keep using my existing calendar?+
Yes. Personal, revocable calendar feeds can be subscribed to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.
Can I subscribe to a paid plan now?+
The checkout is currently a product preview. You can already register and create a workspace; automated billing will be activated in a later release.
